Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking an experienced APRN/PA Manager for Dermatology to lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This leadership role combines advanced clinical practice with strategic management to ensure high-quality patient care and operational effectiveness across multiple service lines.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of APRN/PA experience with direct dermatology exposure, proven leadership abilities, and a strong focus on staff development, performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of APRN/PA experience.
• Proven management and leadership experience with clinical competency.
• Direct dermatology experience as APRN or PA.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the APP practice or department within multiple service lines.
• Hires and oversees orientation, training and education of APPs; conducts annual performance reviews.
• Develops policies, procedures, and competencies for the department.
• Practices as an APRN/PA with privileges and licensure.
• Leads SQPE initiatives and ensures policy compliance and continuous improvement.
• Represents assigned areas and evaluates new technologies with physician staff.
• Communicates updates to leadership and presents reporting.
