Dartmouth Health is seeking a Nursing leader to oversee the Dermatology clinics in New Hampshire. The role focuses on managing patient assignments, staff development, and ensuring high-quality care within a 40-hour work week.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, performance management, and adherence to institutional policies while supporting staff and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing (BSN) at time of hire.
• 2 years of progressive responsibility within designated setting.
• Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies within assigned unit.
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills required.
• Demonstrates leadership, problem solving, communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assign staff to patients per clinic workload, considering acuity and competency.
• Participate in performance management, coach, evaluate, and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Address conflicts to maintain smooth clinic operations.
• Perform service recovery to promote patient and employee retention.
• Facilitate orientation and training for employees.
• Serve as liaison with other departments/clinics regarding services offered.
• Perform other duties as required.
