Advocate Health Dermatology SouthPark in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dermatology team in an outpatient setting. This role emphasizes building long-term patient relationships, collaborative care, and high-quality dermatologic treatments.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (M-F 8a–5p), no on-call, no nights or inpatient duties, and a supportive 14 physicians + 1 APP practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• Current national certification as an NP or PA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage dermatology patients.
• Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management.
• Educate patients on skin health, options, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and clinical staff to ensure outcomes.
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR.
