Job summary

Sun Pharma in the United States seeks a Medical Science Liaison focused on Dermatology to engage with thought leaders and payers, delivering compliant scientific information. Qualifications

• Doctorate/terminal degree (e.g., PharmD, MD, DO, DNP or equivalent).
• Dermatology background strongly preferred.
• 2 years of clinical practice or pharma field medical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDA requirements and PhRMA code.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with good time management.
• Willingness to travel up to 60-70%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Interact with providers and thought leaders to advance scientific platform.
• Communicate complex scientific information to HCPs.
• Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers.
• Identify and train SUN speakers’ bureau members and keep them updated.
• Respond to ISS proposals and route to Sun for approval and funding.
• Support SUN sponsored research activities.
• Provide feedback to SUN stakeholders from field interactions.
• Respond to scientific inquiries in line with MSL standards.
• Foster scientific relationships between SUN and healthcare providers.
• Lead or participate on committees supporting MSL strategies and tactics.
• Pursue opportunities to demonstrate SUN value and leadership attributes.
• Gain customer feedback and align unmet needs with internal resources.
• Collaborate with SUN clinical, commercial teams and train staff.
• Demonstrate tact and professionalism in all interactions.
• Comply with SUN Health Care Compliance SOPs and US regulations.
