Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in the United States to engage with dermatology thought leaders, payers, and managed care accounts. You will communicate complex scientific information in a fair-balanced, compliant manner and support SUN sales and managed markets teams.

The role requires up to 60-70% travel, strong clinical and presentation skills, and a Doctorate or terminal degree. Dermatology background preferred; MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or terminal degree required (e.g., PharmD, MD, DO, DNP).
• Dermatology background strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry field medical experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of FDA requirements and PhRMA code.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HCPs, NPs and PAs to communicate scientific information about dermatology products.
• Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers.
• Identify and train speakers bureau members and stay updated on new data.
• Respond to ISS proposals and coordinate with HCPs if funded.
• Support SUN-sponsored research and relay field feedback to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with SUN clinical and commercial teams; participate in MSL leadership projects.
• Ensure compliance with SUN Health Care Compliance SOPs and US regulations.
