Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc seeks a Medical Science Liaison for Gulf South (MS, LA, TN, AL) to engage dermatology and immunology thought leaders and payers with scientific information. The MSL will train speakers, respond to ISS proposals, and support SUN research while collaborating with clinical and commercial teams.

Candidates should hold a Doctorate, prefer dermatology experience, and have 2+ years of field medical experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Terminal degree required (e.g., PharmD, MD, DO, DNP or equivalent).
• Dermatology background strongly preferred.
• 2 years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry field medical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, team, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and education skills; ability to communicate clinical and non-clinical information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Interact with healthcare providers and thought leaders to communicate and advance the scientific platform.
• Explain complex scientific information and research concepts to HCPs.
• Provide clinical and economic value information to payers and formulary decision makers.
• Identify and train members of SUN’s speakers’ bureau and ensure they are updated on new data.
• Respond to ISS proposals and coordinate with SUN for funding decisions.
• Support SUN sponsored research and provide feedback to SUN stakeholders.
• Communicate consistently with MSL compliance standards and foster relationships with HCPs.
