We are a full-service dermatology practice with 50+ locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Delaware, and Philadelphia. We are the fastest-growing dermatology practice in the Northeast.

Position: Dermatology Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, driven, and hardworking medical assistant for our Manhattan location. The role requires weekend flexibility and availability between 09:00 am to 7:00 pm, with start/end times subject to change based on the site.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
3. Strong computer skills
4. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
5. Bilingual in English and Spanish
6. Full-time availability with some weekends

Preferred qualifications: Dermatology experience and eClinicalWorks software knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16.50 - $17.50, based on experience
