Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, driven, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our Manhattan location. This role requires weekend flexibility and availability between 09:00 am and 7:00 pm. Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients
• Manage appointment scheduling
• Handle patient inquiries and communication
• Maintain accurate patient records

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Receptionist
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in computer skills, preferably eClinicalWorks
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Full-time availability, including some weekends

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $16.50 - $17.50, based on experience
