Qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts as an MD.
• BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Lead department clinical operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centric care.
• Coordinate with Chiefs and site leadership across Primary Care, Specialty, and Ancillary areas.
• Drive Care Improvement and Lean (MDI) initiatives and standard work in the department.
• Manage cost-saving initiatives and optimal use of resources and technologies.
