Job summary

Forefront Dermatology in Naperville, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant for a full-time role with travel to Naperville and Crest Hill. Typical hours are Monday–Thursday 5:45a-3:00p, Friday 5:45a-2:00p, Saturday 6:30a-1:00p on a rotating basis.

The Medical Assistant will accompany the dermatologist, room patients, and perform tasks to support a friendly, efficient clinical environment. CMA or related certification preferred, with potential Forefront Derm Tech program if not certified.

Qualifications

• Minimum post high-school education in a medical support field: CMA, LPN, or RN.
• Non-certified Medical Assistants may need to complete Forefront Derm Tech certification within prescribed time.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital information.
• Scribe information for the dermatologist.
• Provide post-op wound care.
• Draw blood and suture removal.
• Clean and stock exam rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments.
