Qualifications

• Customer service skills or a patient-centered mindset.
• Previous Dermatology, healthcare, or aesthetics experience.
• Knowledgeable with insurance carriers (i.e., Medicare, commercial, HMO).
• Familiarity with EClinicalWorks, EMA, or other EMR software.

Responsibilities

• Preparing exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments.
• Reviewing patient history and medications.
• Assisting dermatology providers during surgical procedures.
• Scheduling patient's tests and treatments.
• Providing support to the front desk.
