DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and procedural support under supervision. You will verify patient information, enter medical data into the EHR, and assist during examinations and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior medical office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding preferred.
• Familiarity with ModMed EMA EMR preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information and medical history.
• Enter data into the EHR and prepare exam rooms.
• Support physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Handle phone triage and prescriptions to pharmacies.
• Sterilize instruments and manage supplies.
• Arrange and schedule medical procedures.
