Qualifications

• Accurate patient intake and documentation in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures.
• Obtain patient history and information; document accurately.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-ups.
• Complete prior authorizations and medication requests.
• Schedule follow-up appointments with care and diligence.
• Respond to patient messages within 24 hours.
• Take initiative on start-of-day and end-of-day tasks.
