Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology clinics across multiple locations. You will escort patients, document medical histories, and assist physicians with biopsies and cosmetic procedures, while maintaining a clean, organized environment.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and Medical Assistant training; 2–3 years in a medical office and dermatology experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant training required.
• 2–3 years in a medical office preferred.
• Dermatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from the exam room and prepare for examination.
• Scribe notes in patient medical record with physician/provider.
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, sutures, and cosmetic procedures.
• Prepare and collect lab specimens and notify patients of results.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage patient communications.
• Daily cleaning and organization of exam rooms and stocking supplies.
• Laboratory maintenance including instrument cleaning/autoclaving.
