Responsibilities

• Assist Dermatologists in patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Collect and record patient medical history and vital signs.
• Educate patients on prescribed medications, skincare routines, and post-treatment care.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
• Handle insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing support.
• Prepare and assist in dermatological procedures and surgeries.
• Ensure sterilization and maintenance of medical instruments and equipment.
• Document procedural notes and follow-up with patients.
• Communicate treatment plans and test results to patients.
• Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
