The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, MA certification preferred, and proven experience in a clinical setting. Proficiency with EHR systems and strong communication are essential for delivering top-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology practices.
• Strong communication and written skills to interact with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures, ensuring instruments are ready.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and stocked.
• Support clinic's social media presence as directed.
