QualDerm Partners LLC in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our dermatology-focused team. You will support patient care across wellness treatments, cosmetics, and surgical services, contributing to an exceptional patient experience.

You will perform vital signs, assist physicians, handle basic lab work, and manage records with confidentiality while guiding patients on care plans and skincare routines.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and practices relevant to dermatology.
• Strong communication and discretion with patient confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices.
• Ensure the examination rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
• May participate in supporting the clinic’s social media presence, including gathering content, sharing clinic-approved updates, and assisting with community engagement efforts as directed
