QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team and support dermatology, aesthetics, and overall patient wellness. You’ll contribute to a standout patient experience by delivering friendly, professional care.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for examinations, assisting clinicians, performing basic labs, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and educating patients on treatment plans and skincare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; MA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology basics.
• Strong communication skills and organization.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording history.
• Assist physician during examinations and procedures with instruments.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Schedule appointments and manage office communications.
• Educate patients on treatments and skincare basics.
• Ensure examination rooms are clean and stocked.
