Job summary

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support dermatology providers across our Oregon clinics. You’ll room patients, assist during procedures, and perform routine daily tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Ideal candidates will graduate from an accredited MA program or hold MA certification, possess strong customer service, be highly organized, and attentive to detail. Travel to support other clinics within the district is possible, with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program or hold MA certification (Certified or Registered MA) or Certified Derm Tech.
• HS Diploma or GED; and 1–3 months related healthcare experience or trade school equivalent.
• MAs must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment; duties include rooming patients, assisting providers in procedures, patient education, and daily patient tasks.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for visits.
• Assist providers in dermatology procedures and support clinical workflows.
• Provide patient education and coordinate daily patient tasks.
