Job summary

Advanced Dermatology in Aurora/ Centennial seeks a Medical Assistant/Scribe to support dermatology clinics. This hourly role includes room prep, note taking, data entry, biopsy assistance, and documentation with HIPAA compliance.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; Medical Assistant or CNA diploma preferred; 1+ year patient care experience; EMR familiarity and strong communication. Monday–Friday, with possible weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Diploma or CNA diploma preferred.
• At least one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or biology will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for clinic day: organize exam rooms and supplies.
• Create visit notes, review systems, and patient history.
• Enter MIPS data and vaccine information as required.
• Enter PHS forms for patients.
• Assist with biopsies/surgeries and draw up medications.
• Document all patient encounters and maintain logs.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain a clean workflow.
