Job summary

The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care under physician or midlevel provider direction at our Columbus outpatient sites.

You will perform nursing procedures, document care plans, and support safe, therapeutic patient environments while collaborating with a diverse team and ensuring compliance with safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program and eligible for Ohio licensure.
• Current Practical Nursing license in Ohio.
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high‑quality patient care within LPN scope of practice.
• Room patients, document vitals, administer meds/IV fluids, and assist exams.
• Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and coordinate labs/results.
• Sterilize equipment, manage supplies, and support scheduling and clerical tasks.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and ongoing skills development.
