Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse - Mohs at our Elmer and Delran offices. The LPN will provide high level care and education to patients, support our Allergy practice, and assist Mohs surgeries. Schedule: Full Time, 30+ hours, Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Must have NCLEX-PN or state equivalent, active LPN license, outpatient surgery experience preferred. Proficiency with EMR, scheduling systems, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Must pass the NCLEX-PN or state approved comparison.
• Active LPN license in the state working in.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Outpatient surgery experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support for Allergy services and Mohs procedures, including pre- and post-care.
• Assist the physician in Mohs surgery, medical, cosmetic, allergy, and/or laser procedures.
• Prepares surgical/exam rooms and maintains asepsis.
• Records prescribed treatments, medications, lab requisitions, biopsies, cultures, and documentation.
• Educates patients pre- and post-treatment and coordinates patient care.
