Job summary

Fairview Health Services seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Mohs Dermatology Care team in Eden Prairie, MN. This 0.9 FTE role (72 hours/2 weeks) is benefits-eligible. Hours are Mon–Thu 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM; no weekends. The role requires 2 days in Eden Prairie and 2 days in Bloomington.

Responsibilities include data collection for patient assessments, documenting in the medical record, and timely reporting of changes to the RN or physician. MN LPN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Minnesota is required.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or equivalent training.
• Current MN LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Collect data for patient assessments.
• Involve patient and family with health team in data gathering.
• Document data in the medical record.
• Report changes to RN or physician promptly.
• Deliver care per the plan of care as delegated.
• Prioritize tasks based on patient acuity and resources.
• Communicate effectively with the health care team.
