Qualifikationen

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program accredited by CAAHEP/ABHES or equivalent
• Must be Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified or achieve within 6 months of hire
• Valid BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR from AHA

• Provide leadership to medical assistants
• Schedule and assign medical assistants to ensure appropriate staffing
• Train medical assistants and others and serve as a resource to clinical providers
• Participate in the interview process for medical assistants and other clinical hires
• Train and orient new employees
• Manage clinic flow to ensure timely patient visits
• Provide education to clinic patients
• Coordinate care with providers to ensure timely follow-up on test results
