Job summary

Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries, Inc. seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Dermatology & Immunology in the Great Lakes region.

You will hire, coach, and lead a team of Territory Managers promoting branded dermatology products, while developing regional and local business plans to hit sales goals. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred), 5+ years pharma experience, 3+ years in regional sales management, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree a plus.
Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical experience.
3+ years’ experience as Regional Sales Manager (leading sales representatives) or equivalent field sales management level experience.
Ability to lead, develop and coach high performing, diverse teams.
Thorough understanding and application skills with Microsoft Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Demonstrated clinical and business acumen.
Strong ability to collaborate, innovate and deliver results.
Top performer with documented recent performance.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Hire, lead, coach, and manage a team of Territory Managers.
Promote branded Dermatology products across the Great Lakes region.
Develop regional and local business plans to achieve sales goals.
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Field Reimbursement, Managed Markets and leadership to manage a commercial sales team.
Manage budgets and utilize CRM and forecasts.
Participate in national and regional meetings; support Market Access strategies.
Ensure adherence to Sun corporate policies.
