Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for our Nutley Office. You will execute front-office duties, support patients, providers, and staff, and help manage scheduling and phone calls with a positive, professional attitude.

The role requires healthcare experience, familiarity with EMR systems, and strong communication and organizational skills. Availability Monday–Friday with some Saturdays within 7am–7pm shift hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Medical receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
• Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent patient relation and customer service skills.
• Prefer prior experience in a dermatology/medical environment.
• Open availability to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls and scheduling tasks with a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide front-office support to patients, providers, and staff.
• Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in in-house training and continuing education opportunities.
