QualDerm Partners LLC is seeking a Front Office Receptionist based in Livonia, MI, with travel to Ann Arbor as needed. The role handles patient registration, insurance verification and provides exceptional customer service to patients and clinicians.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, healthcare patient service experience, and familiarity with EMR and practice management systems. On-site position with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year customer service experience in healthcare office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Notes patient arrival in Practice Management System (EMR).
• Identifies patients by date of birth and name in computer system.
• Prepares necessary patient paperwork prior to appointment.
• Schedules appointments and communicates with patients to reduce wait times.
• Maintains reception area cleanliness and organization.
• Collects copays and balances at check in/out.
• Protects patient confidentiality and data security.
