Job summary

Pfizer Inc. in the United States is hiring a field-based Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. You will engage with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value across assigned accounts.

The role requires deep disease-state knowledge, 3+ years in specialty sales, and comfort with hybrid/in-person engagements and reimbursement navigation. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum education aligns with healthcare sales roles.
• Experience in dermatology or immunology sales is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret clinical data for conversations.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies to drive demand and sales goals in dermatology.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical messages using approved materials to influence prescribing decisions.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data to prioritize accounts and plan customer calls.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams to solve needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights for brand strategy.
