Job summary

Pfizer Inc. is seeking a Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies through compliant engagement with healthcare providers. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across accounts.

Success requires strong specialty selling, disease-state knowledge, comfort with reimbursement, and effective engagement across in-person and digital channels on a field-based basis.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; alternative: Associate’s with 8+ years; or HS diploma with 10+ years.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales, or related marketing
• Experience engaging healthcare providers and navigating reimbursement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account Management teams to address needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights to inform brand strategy.
