Job summary

Beiersdorf seeks a Dermatology Sales Representative to develop and implement territory business plans, calling on dermatologists in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten Island. You will coordinate with field teams to drive promoted products, meet sales goals and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus incentives, excellent benefits, paid time off, comprehensive training and a company vehicle. Travel and occasional weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum two years outside B2B or medical-related sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• MS Office, Windows, iOS proficiency; quick adoption of sales software.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and stand long periods.
• Outside sales in medical/pharma preferred.
• Minimum two years of consistent high sales performance.
• Recent dermatology relationships a plus.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report to Regional Sales Manager.
• Understand and use sales reports and forecasts.
• Develop and execute key marketing strategies.
• Timely call reporting and activity tracking.
• Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Travel as needed; work beyond 8am-5pm and attend conventions.
• Manage resources and samples; handle storage unit logistics.
• Cover field territory: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island; reside in greater Manhattan.
