Job summary

Organon is seeking a Field Medical Director to provide medical and scientific support for Dermatology programs. This field-based role engages with healthcare professionals to share data, facilitates investigator-initiated research, and delivers clinical information regionally and nationally.

Ideal candidates hold a PharmD/MD/PhD or equivalent, with 5 years of clinical or pharma experience, and are willing to travel up to 50% locally, regionally, and nationally.

Qualifications

• PharmD, MD, or PhD-equivalent required; clinical or pharma industry experience preferred.
• Dermatology or related fields experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with HCPs and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, scientific exchange, and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop collaborative relationships with HCPs, organizations, payers and stakeholders in dermatology.
• Maintain clinical and scientific expertise in dermatology.
• Present data and conduct balanced scientific dialogue with stakeholders.
• Assist in scientific training for internal colleagues and others as needed.
• Represent Organon at national and regional meetings and support Medical Information activities.
