Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Field Access Manager to support the dermatology portfolio across the Denver territory. You will educate providers and healthcare organizations on reimbursement, navigate patient access barriers, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely access to therapies.

In this field-based role, you will travel up to 75% and build strategic relationships, driving patient access outcomes while staying current on policy and reimbursement trends. Denver-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of field-based experience in account management, sales or medical affairs.
• Strong knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and the practice management environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account-based strategies to drive patient access outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in account management, relationship development, and issue resolution.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and flexibility to meet evolving customer and organizational needs.
• Desired: MBA or advanced degree; experience in healthcare policy, reimbursement, market access or related fields; familiarity with buy-and-bill and pharmacy models; dermatology experience.
