Job summary

Forefront Dermatology is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support dermatology teams in a fast-paced clinic environment. The CMA will room patients, scribe for the dermatologist, assist with post-operative wound care, draw blood, and help prepare and stock exam rooms.

Scheduling will also be part of the role, ensuring smooth patient flow. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and CMA/LPN/RN credentials preferred, with 1+ year of medical office experience and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Post High School education in a medical support field; CMA/LPN/RN preferred.
• 1+ years of recent medical office experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and documenting vital information.
• Scribing information for the dermatologist.
• Providing post-op wound care.
• Drawing blood and suture removal.
• Cleaning and stocking exam rooms.
