Job summary

Forefront Dermatology in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support dermatology visits. You will room patients, scribe for the dermatologist, perform post-op wound care, draw blood, and help keep exam rooms stocked and organized.

The role requires a High School Diploma and CMA/LPN/RN is preferred; 1+ year medical office experience and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office are expected. Travel to other clinic locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent experience in a medical office.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document all vital information.
• Scribe information for the dermatologist.
• Provide post-op wound care to patients.
• Draw blood and suture removal.
• Clean and stock exam rooms.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Assist the dermatologist with procedures (biopsies, Mohs surgery, injections, patch testing).
