Job summary

Platinum Dermatology Partners in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Research Assistant to support the Clinical Research department in screening participants, collecting data, and coordinating site activities.

This role requires a high school diploma, GCP and IATA certificates; associate degree preferred; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; experience in dermatology research is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• GCP and IATA certificate.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer Research department phone lines and relay messages.
• Pre-screen patients and schedule initial screenings.
• Assist with data collection, CRF completion, and document labeling.
• Maintain calibration records and temperature logs.
• Coordinate site qualification and initiation visits and assist coordinators as needed.
• Support staff with various trial-related tasks and data entry.
