• Develop operating procedures and workflow processes to ensure project scope and schedule are on track; monitor progress and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and presentations between participants, research teams, sponsors, and organizations; create meeting agendas and conduct trainings.
• Develop recruitment and data collection plans including methods, goals, and evaluation procedures.
• Coordinate and create documentation for projects including procedures, data collection forms, templates, and trial submissions.
• Prepare regulatory compliance documents and maintain communications with IRB, NIH, and other offices; manage relationships with regulatory agencies.
• Direct the process for reviewing and approving new clinical trials.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve project issues; propose and implement solutions.
• Manage budgets and resources; process financial transactions including travel, p-card, transfers, and budget realignments.
• Track personnel certifications, training completion, and compliance records.
• Coordinate award administrative tasks; assist researchers with proposals and submissions.
