• Dermatology or biologics experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health insurance processes and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage prior authorizations for dermatology medications, including biologics and specialty medications.
• Submit and process authorizations through insurance portals and electronic systems.
• Gather supporting documentation: office notes, diagnosis information, treatment history.
• Communicate requirements with providers, clinical staff, and insurers.
• Track authorization status and renewals; follow up as needed.
