Job summary

Integrated Dermatology Groton seeks a compassionate Dermatology Advanced Practice Provider — PA or NP — to deliver high-quality dermatologic care in a private-practice setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and follow up on a broad range of conditions, from acne to skin cancer, in collaboration with our supervising dermatologist and Mohs surgeon.

The role offers full- or part-time schedules, no weekend or inpatient duties, competitive compensation with uncapped income, relocation

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP eligible to practice in Connecticut.
• Minimum 24 months general dermatology patient care experience as a mid-level provider.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate high‑quality care.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dermatology practice.
• Interest in medical dermatology; procedural derm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dermatology patient care: evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
• Manage diverse dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rashes, lesions, skin cancer).
• Perform office-based dermatology procedures within scope (e.g., biopsies).
• Collaborate with supervising dermatologist, Mohs surgeon, clinical team, and staff to ensure patient-centered care.
• Document patient encounters accurately with support from scribes and staff.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, prevention, and follow-up.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients and referring providers.
