Job summary

Skin and Aesthetics Center is seeking a Medical Assistant to support dermatology exams and cosmetic procedures. You will take vital signs, review medical histories, update patient records, and assist providers with skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, and aesthetic services, including lasers and chemical peels.

The role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and a patient-focused approach in a fast-paced, high-end setting. Travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent credential.
• Dermatology or aesthetics experience preferred.
• Proficiency with EHR systems; bilinguals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams and cosmetic procedures.
• Take vital signs, review histories, and update charts in the EHR.
• Assist providers with skin checks, biopsies, cryotherapy, and aesthetics.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection per safety protocols.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment; support front desk as needed.
• Travel between practice locations to provide coverage.
• Deliver concierge-level patient experience from start to finish.
