You will diagnose, treat, and consult with patients, guided by a detailed protocol and a collaborative care environment. Remote coordination with coaches and partners enhances patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as PA or NP in the state of practice.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program required.
• Dermatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and oversee patient progress; coordinate care with coaches.
• Order and interpret labs; assess medication readiness and eligibility.
• Collaborate with internal/external providers to ensure access to care.
• Participate in ongoing innovation and measurement of the care model.
