Job summary

A leading health system in Illinois seeks a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to spearhead a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line in Mattoon. You will design clinical workflows, enable autonomous operations, and grow a premier dermatology practice with strong system support.

Responsibilities include outpatient evaluation of skin cancers, Mohs procedures, protocol development, and establishing strategic partnerships with regional clinicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered

Qualifications

Graduate of US medical school or international equivalent (MD/DO).
ACGME Dermatology residency completed; Board Certified or Eligible.
Mohs surgery training is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational setup and rollout of the Dermatology/Mohs service line.
Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers.
Perform Mohs surgeries and reconstructive procedures as capability allows.
Establish clinical protocols and guide facility design and equipment purchases.
Build referral networks with regional physicians and providers.
Maintain patient-centered care with high clinical quality and safety.
