Job Description

• Full-time opportunity with a flexible four-day work week
• Practice between our East Syracuse and Auburn locations
• Flexible scheduling with physician input on clinic days
• Established patient demand with a built-in referral networkExpected patient volume of approximately 140 visits per week
• Dedicated clinical support including:
  • 2 Medical Assistants
  • 2–3 fully equipped exam rooms
• Modern practice with access to experienced physician colleagues and APPs
