Job description

The Lucky Fellows Institute is seeking an exceptional dermatologist to become our founding clinical leader.

We are currently developing and financing a new kind of dermatology practice in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking to connect with an established dermatologist who is excited by the opportunity to help shape a practice from the ground up and potentially become the clinical heart of the Institute.

Our anticipated opening timeline will be determined as development, financing, and the buildout progress.

This is not a traditional volume-driven dermatology role. We are intentionally creating a practice where physicians have the time and environment to truly understand their patients, develop thoughtful treatment plans, and practice medicine with integrity.

The Role

As our founding dermatologist, you will:

• Provide comprehensive medical dermatology care, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer screening, biopsies, and minor procedures
• Provide or oversee appropriate aesthetic dermatology services
• Develop individualized, long-term skin plans for patients
• Help establish the Institute's clinical standards, protocols, and patient-care philosophy
• Collaborate closely with nursing, aesthetics, and skincare team members
• Participate in patient education and ongoing skin-health programming
• Help shape the clinical culture and reputation of the Institute
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients rather than simply treating individual visits
• Serve as the clinical authority for the practice while maintaining complete clinical independence

• Board-certified in Dermatology
• Experienced in both medical dermatology and aesthetics
• An established patient following and strong reputation with the Jacksonville community

• Comfortable practicing in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Anticipated Compensation

$350,000 annual salary

This is aflat-salary position with no production-based compensation or sales incentives.

Final compensation and employment terms will be determined as the practice moves through the development and financing process.

We believe physicians should be able to recommend what is clinically appropriate without ever feeling pressured by revenue targets
