Endeavor Health is seeking a NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatologist to join its integrated network in Illinois. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week (36 bookable), a $25,000 sign-on bonus if eligible, and a CME allowance of $3,500 annually for 1.0 FTE.

Position Highlights:

• Position: NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology
• Location: 880 W Central Road Arlington Heights, IL
• Full Time - 40 hours per week (36 Bookable hours)
• Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000
• CME: $3,500/year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.

• Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
