Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC in Boston is seeking a Senior Derivatives Operations Specialist to join its Back Office Operations team. The role focuses on reconciliations, settlements, cash flows, and daily margin processes to support complex derivative activities.

You will own daily reconciliations, process payments, investigate breaks with counterparties and banks, and contribute to shareholder statements and operational projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant operations & Derivatives experience.
• Hands-on experience with derivatives operations is required.
• Strong knowledge of post-trade derivative settlements.
• Experience with fund accounting, reconciliations, custody, or investment operations.
• Understanding of accounting controls within the investment management industry.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

A leading Boston-based alternative investment firm is seeking a Senior Derivatives Operations Specialist to join its Back Office Operations team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced operations professional with derivatives experience to take on a key role supporting the firm’s derivative reconciliations, settlements, cash flows, and daily margin processes.

Compensation: $95,000-105,000 + bonus Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week

What You’ll Do:

• Own daily reconciliations for derivative securities
