Job summary

Citi Belfast seeks an entry-level Data Analytics & Process Transformation Analyst to join Derivative Settlements Operations. You will support data gathering, basic analysis, and documentation under guidance, building foundational skills in a global capital markets setting.

You will work with senior colleagues to learn processes, contribute to KPI dashboards, and gain experience with AI tools while collaborating across Operations, Technology, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Interest in Global Markets Operations; derivatives exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to learn translating business needs into simple requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational knowledge of Citi's OTC derivatives and Payments flows.
• Assist in gathering data and documenting current-state processes.
• Support basic analysis of settlement and payment data.
• Prepare slides and data summaries for business cases and investment proposals.
• Document business requirements with guidance for senior review.
• Assist in building KPI trackers, process maps, and dashboard inputs.
• Learn and observe AI tools in small, well-defined tasks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, and Product stakeholders.
