We are seeking a Manager to join our Derivatives Practice to advise on regulatory implementation, registration, governance, and transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has experience advising CFTC-regulated entities, and strong regulatory writing, project management, and client advisory skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services consulting with derivatives focus.
• Experience with CFTC-regulated entities and relevant CFR Parts 38/39.

Aufgaben

• Advise clients on regulatory implementation, registration, and compliance matters.
• Lead regulatory gap assessments, registration projects, and compliance reviews.
• Translate regulatory requirements into governance, technology, and control documentation.
• Draft registration exhibits, policies, procedures, and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with senior leadership on engagements.
