• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, confident communication for client presentations
• Understanding of financial services firms and investment management operations
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and control
• Collaborative working style across senior and junior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client deliverables concurrently with accuracy and timeliness
• Assess scope of work and project plans; identify opportunities for process improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors
• Prepare project trackers and lead client meetings with progress updates
• Identify and resolve gaps in processes and execution
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, business partners and internal stakeholders
