Job summary

Millennium in New York is seeking a results-driven project professional to join the Portfolio Pricing and Valuations team. You will partner with technology, quantitative and market data teams to gather requirements and drive delivery of the next-generation pricing and PnL platform for derivatives.

You will manage project plans, timelines and governance, coordinating across trading, development and risk groups, and provide clear updates on progress, risks and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics or Physics is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented execution with strong ownership and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology, quantitative and market data teams to gather, analyze and document requirements.
• Conduct project-level integration analysis to support delivery of initiatives.
• Develop and lead project plans, timelines and milestones, tracking progress and accountability against deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration across quantitative, technology and trading teams for project execution.
• Provide stakeholders with clear updates on progress, risks and outcomes.
• Establish and enforce project governance and cross-functional working groups.
• Manage inventory and prioritization of initiatives and system/workflow enhancements.
