The DeRisi lab is studying a wide range of infectious and human autoimmune diseases and seeks candidates with strong laboratory skills to work in a fast‑paced research environment. Individuals interested in this position should have a working knowledge and understanding of DeRisi lab publications and the methods used (see lab website here: https://derisilab.ucsf.edu/). Successful candidates will work with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and research scientists in the areas of immunology, autoimmune disease, biochemistry, and genomics to carry out experiments and analyze data to ultimately uncover fundamental mechanisms driving human pathology.
See Table 24B for the salary range for this position. A reasonable estimate for this position is $93,200‑$194,800.
